I feel the need to apologise for my hair. I don't know if this has ever happened to you, but my hair has difficulty adjusting to new climates. Since we arrived in Paris, my hair has been frizzy and flat at inexplicable alternative intervals. And the Canadian hair products I've always relied on were absolutely no help! Luckily I moved to France; the pharmacy at the corner sells brands like uxe, Caudalie, Embroylisse and Klorane, among many others, in addition to the aspirins and bandaids you would expect. Thanks to a new Klorane shampoo, my hair is improving my the day. And, really, even though my hair doesn't look as lovely as I'd like, the fact is that every day that I wake up in Paris is still the best day of my life!

That skirt & top, wow, what a killer combo!! And, I'm loving the shoes that you paired with this stunner of an outfit - great choice! I'm glad to hear your hair has been improving, and yes, waking up in Paris everyday would be fabulous consolation... my hair seems to be in the same boat as of late, so dry and lacking body. Boo!! If you have any product recommendations feel free to tweet them my way! xo V
ReplyDeleteI have the same issue, it takes my hair for ever to adjust to new climates and new waters - very frustrating, but I think you look fabulous!!
ReplyDeleteOh Cee I can sympathize. When I moved to NYC not just my hair but my skin suffered terribly. My face broke out and my hair did not seem to know what to do! I know you have adapted by now as I've seen your gorgeous locks on later posts, but I am happy that you've shared your secrets here. You are encouraging me to do a post on my hair routine too. Watch this space.
ReplyDeleteNow for the fashion :-) Red gold and tan is a very mature combination a feel, very chic here indeed.
