The European Patrimony Days took place in Paris a few weeks ago, and so the doors of the city were opened wide to the public. We took advantage of unlimited access to normally hidden Parisian history to visit one of my favourite buildings in the capital, the Hotel de Ville. The interior is at least as impressive as the exterior, especially the library, a true haven of beautiful old books for word lovers. What can I say, except j'adore Paris!
dire, sauf j’adore Paris !

I am finally catching up on your latest paris posts! In London we have these weekends, London Open House and London Open Gardens and I have always enjoyed taking a look around places that are not usually open to the public. This was a great opportunity to take a glimpse inside!
