I remember the afternoon these photos were taken, I was so exchausted from work that I couldn’t stop laughing – it’s a wonder Ian managed to get any photos at all. That’s pretty much the way things have been for the past few months – work has been coming home with me on weekends, I’ve been travelling non-stop and all the days have begun to blur together. I’m finally getting a bit of relief and this week I’ve started catching up with all the people I haven’t had time to see since summer ended. There have been wine dates and macarons and new make-up and overall it’s been so wonderful to talk to people who aren’t depending on me to make sure they get their pay cheque for a change. But it’s also been a pretty hectic week, between work, coffee dates and blogging, and I’m looking forward to spend most of this weekend curled up in my pajamas (and, okay, possibly going a little online shopping – I think it’s time for this tote to finally become mine.)
