The world of fairytales lives at the Chateau de Chenonceau, a picturesque palace on a crystal clear river surrounded by immaculate gardens blooming in ethereal shades of pink and purple. Set just off the railroad tracks at a station that is nothing more than a platform set between miles of rolling vineyards, it is hidden behind a small, shimmery wood… which makes the view all the more spectacular when you step out of the trees.
Le monde des contes de fées réside au Château de Chenonceau, un palais pittoresque qui traverse une rivière cristalline entouré par des jardins impeccables qui éclosent en nuances sublimes de rose et de violet. Il se trouve à quelques pas de la gare de Chenonceau, un tout petit quai extérieur posée entre des kilomètres de vignerons déferlants, et il est caché par des petits bois chatoyants… ce qui rend encore plus magnifique la vue sur le château quand vous le voyez enfin.
Your photos are so beautiful especially the first one which brings back so many happy memories of a holiday in the Loire Valley several years ago. It was just so magical visiting these fairy tale châteaux and Chenonceau was certainly our favourite!
